Former Hong Kong leader appears in court over corruption
Hong Kong's former leader Donald Tsang, who ended his term in disgrace after accepting lavish gifts from tycoons, appeared in court Monday charged with misconduct in the latest high-profile corruption case to hit the city.
A grim-faced Tsang, 70, was released on bail after saying earlier in a statement his "conscience is clear" over the allegations.
